we are unable to sign into our accounts to run the businesses and we are very busy. Cannot open "help" as I cannot sign in and see nowhere on here to get the phone number to contact anyone

I've been trying to get help on this for 4 days with no resolve. When in Turbo tax and trying to import my company file I get a message that says: We are unable to import your information. Let's try that again. Make sure that you selected the correct company file and open the file in quickbooks at least one time on this computer. I'm not understanding why it won't import. Is there a customer suppost number to talk to a person.?

Let me provide some clarifications about importing your company file to Turbo Tax.
When importing the company file to Turbo Tax, the data must be from QuickBooks Desktop. If you're using the Online version, the data from QuickBooks Online must first be exported to QuickBooks Desktop.
You can download the trial version of QuickBooks Desktop, so you won't have to pay for the software. Please remember that there are limitations to exporting data.
Once you’re ready to import data to Turbotax, follow the steps below:

- Click Contact Us.
- On the Ways we can connect menu, press the Get a callback button.

At this time, there's isn't a direct phone number to our QuickBooks Online support team. However, if you call 1-800-4INTUIT, press Option 2, and provide the needed info, you'll be redirected to QuickBooks Support.

I have Quickbooks for Mac 2019. The following does not exist:
