Join nowHi There,
I have an issue in quickbooks enterprise solution 11.0
as when I try to open FAM I get Revoked Certificate Warning !!! as per the attached screenshot.
Could you help to get FAM running....?
Thanks in advance...
Best Regards
Hi there, MoH.
Thanks for visiting the Community. The revocation certificate warning occurs when the application is unable to connect to our security certificate's revocation server.
At the moment, there's an investigation going on about this error and our engineers are already working on it to find a fix. There's a forum post on our Developer site that has some steps provided in this link: Fix QuickBooks Revoked Certificate Error.
If the issue persists after trying the steps, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team so they can add you to a list of affected users. You'll then receive email updates on this matter through email.
Here's how:
We appreciate your patience while we work on this matter. We'll be right here if you have any other concerns. Take care.
Hi katherinejoyceO
Can you hep please, as I didn't get that issue solved till now??
Thanks
Hello there, @MoH.
Let me step in and assist you in resolving your issue.
This issue happens if your QuickBooks Web Connector or your third-party digital certificate expired. So, you can update your web connector or get the latest digital signature to fix this issue.
I recommend contacting your IT guy and ask for assistance in updating your QuickBooks Web Connector. Here's how:
Step 1: Check if your QuickBooks Web Connector is up to date
Once done, you can check your digital certificate if it's expired or not.
Step 2: Check if the third-party digital signature is valid.
I've also added an article for more detailed information about FAM: Manage fixed assets using Fixed Asset Manager (FAM)
If you have additional questions, feel free to leave a message in the comment section. I'm always around here in the Community to help. Take care, and have a good day.
Hello @Rejeil_O
Ok I downloaded the QuickBooks Web Connector 2.3.0.36 but when installation it saying that " You mast have QuickBooks 2015 or greater to install QuickBooks Webconnector. So I couldn't update it. as the version I have is 11.0
Can you advise please ..
Thanks,
Mohamed
Thanks for coming back. I appreciate you for performing the troubleshooting steps provided by my colleague, MoH.
One of the troubleshooting steps to fix the error message “QuickBooks - Application with Revoked Certificate”, is to have an updated Web Connector 2.3.0.36 version. The updated Web Connector only supports QuickBooks Desktop 2015 until to the newest version. In this case, you'll want to upgrade and install QuickBooks latest version to resolve this one.
If upgrading the file is not the best option on your end, I'd suggest contacting our Technical Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and check on what they can do. Here's how to reach them:
I've got articles here about managing your Fixed Asset Manager:

Hi there, @MoH.
Yes, you're going to pay for the latest QuickBooks Desktop version. I'd be glad to show you the steps on how to upgrade:
I've added this article to know how to upgrade your QBDT to the latest version: Upgrade your company files after switching to a new version of QuickBooks Desktop.

Hi @RCV
Thanks for the above reply and help.
But why shall I pay again for another version of QB, JUST becasue I am facing a technical issue since March-2020 and can't get a soluation for it.
Even I buy the last version, and in case I face another issue I think I will be obliged to pay again for the latest !!
Yesterday, already I sent an inquiry to the QuickBooks Desktop Care team but didn't get a response yet.
Regards
Hello MoH, I appreciate your quick reply.
Let me provide further clarification about using the latest version of QuickBooks.
Upgrading the program helps us to always have the latest features and fixes. As long as you're using the supported version, you can resolve issues even if it isn't the new one.
That being said, it's not required to pay for another version to resolve issues, we can wait until our engineers will be able to fix the open investigation for the QuickBooks Application with Revoked Certificate. This way, we'll be able to use the FAM again.
I see that you've been sending an inquiry to our support team. However, I would still suggest getting in touch with them by following these steps. Here's how:
Once it's fixed, you can use these article as your guide and reference on how FAM works in QuickBooks Desktop:

Hi there, MoH.
This isn't the kind of impression that I'd like you to have. We know how much time it can take when something isn’t fixing.
The issue for the QuickBooks Application with Revoked Certificate is still ongoing and our engineers are quietly conducting further investigation. At this moment, we aren't able to give a specific timeframe when the issue will be resolved. Rest assured, if you already contacted our QuickBooks Desktop Support Team and added you to a list of affected users, you should be notified through email once a fix is available.
Please refer to this article to see different errors and unexpected results while using QuickBooks Desktop's Fixed Asset Manager and steps to resolve it: Resolve errors or unexpected results in Fixed Asset Manager (FAM).
