When I try to print checks, the alignment is way off and when I adjust it, it's even worse. How can I align so I can print checks properly?

It is printing about two lines below where it should and when I use the adjustment grid, it prints about two lines above where it should.

Having the same issues. Even purchased original QB checks and envelopes. We tried everything. aligning, print to fit, print and shrink - nothing fits.

Thank you for letting us know about your concerns with printing checks, @Karme829, and @JD93.

We can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix the alignment of your checks when printed in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you’re finished setting up print checks, let’s ensure that your Adobe Reader is up-to-date with its latest release. If you're getting the same result after the update, we can have your Adobe repaired. Here’s how:

  1. Close Acrobat/Reader and all open web browser windows.
  2. Select the Start button at the bottom left of your screen.
  3. Type Control Panel, and then press Enter.
  4. Select Programs and FeaturesAcrobat, or Adobe Reader, and then click Uninstall/Change.
  5. In the Setup dialog box, select Next.
  6. Select Repair, Next, and then select Install.
  7. When the process is complete, click Finish.
  8. Restart your computer.
  9. Log back into QuickBooks Online, and then try to print a sample check.

I have done everything support has suggested and NOTHING is working.  I'm switching from QBDesktop to QB On-line and am not thrilled with this problem not being resolved.  I've tried different browsers, etc.  Still not working.  Glad I'm not the only one.

Checks are still misaligned regardless of the type of checks or any aligning that is done. When will this be fixed?
