My call was disconnected and I still need help, I was on the phone with support for 1-1/2 hours to attempt to correct the Payer's TIN block which is not presenting the social security number in the correct format, i.e. xxx-xx-xxx, instead the form shows xx-xxxxxxx. I am a sole proprietor and I need to use my SSN not an EIN. My 1099's have been rejected by the IRS due to I believe this problem. Is this fixable, and if so how, and if not what is the filing solution.
