It's my priority for you to get the PDF Supplements for the certification exam, randal london.
After completing the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Certification course, you can access and print them in the Training & certification history section. This allows you to download and print badges and certificates from there.
Here's how:

Hey there, @Anonymous.
I hope you're having a great week so far. The reason why you're not able to find the PDF Supplements for these modules is that they were removed last year. I can see how helpful those links would've been to have for your business. However, this link can provide you with some additional information about acing the QuickBooks Online Certification exam.
Let me know if this helps. If you need anything else, don't hesitate to contact me. I'm always here to lend a helping hand. Take care!
Thank you Candace - Do you have access to them for the current exam? I need help to pass Parts 1, 5 to become a Proadvisor for your Company. Thanks

What a terrible decision to remove these training modules! They are so helpful even after certification. It is a real disservice to people who want to learn and can't retain the info in the modules after the certification is over. It is hard enough as it is! Please reconsider this and add this useful tool back to the training options. I would rather read the training module over a video! Both are helpful but being able to look stuff up is priceless.
the links you provide to not work. Can you please tell me how to access PDF training guides?
I am not able to fully process educational information any other way than printed paper in front of me...
Hello there, @jmj920.
As mentioned by my colleague, the PDF for the training guidelines has been removed two years ago.
No worries, you can still see the outline of the course by signing in to the QuickBooks Accountant account for free. Then, access your ProAdvisor training course from there. You can create a summary of the training lessons and print it to have a hardcopy that you can review.
Here's an article for additional reference: Sign up for ProAdvisor and QuickBooks certification courses.
Also, I'd like to share again the link my colleague mentioned to guide you about the certification: Acing the QuickBooks Online Certification Exam.
You're always welcome to tag my name in the comment section below if you have other questions. Let me know in the comment section. Take care!

WHY? The very first thing in the self paced recertification by Laura is to refer to the supplemental guides. But you remove them? If the trainer is going to refer to them in her presentation then they should be available.
I know how important these PDF supplements for modules to you, MessariG.
Since the files were removed, we offer various training to help you learn the QuickBooks accounting products, prep for certification, and more, earning CPE credits with every step.
I've got some links that contain details about the training and certification in QuickBooks Online so you can pass the exam. You can start by signing in to your QuickBooks Online account. From there:
I'm adding this link to learn the basic features of QuickBooks: Course modules.
You can also check out these modules below so you can start your training:

I already have my Advanced QBO cert. I am also certified with Enterprise and Premier Desktop. I believe the Quickbooks team is missing the point. Many of us (ProAdvisors) are telling you that we want the supplemental PDF materials that were available up and to 2019. Video training is great for some but not all. Intuit and ProConnect Tax are failing when it comes to training and providing materials to those of us who are promoting the product. I hope they wake up and hear the voices.
Hi! I have the entire PDF that was taken down if you're still looking for it. I was locked out of my advanced exam twice for 60 days just due to the sales tax section - a mere 5 questions - and I was determined to find answers! I decided to look on Facebook as a last resort. I joined a group and discovered that someone had actually posted the link to ALL of the PDF material for the exam. Here is what I believe is totally unfair on Intuit's part: the answers to questions I had been missing on the exam were in the PDF material and NOT within the training provided via Quickbooks Online Accountant! For reference, I've never worked with Quickbooks in a live environment, but I've always been studious and a good test taker, so last year I got certified in Desktop, QBO, and QBO Advanced in order to reenter the workforce after almost 10 years.
Hi. If you're still looking for the complete PDF training that isn't available online anymore, I have it. I found answers to the advanced exam within this much more detailed training material that were not provided within the online training via Quickbooks Online Accountant, which I think is totally unfair on Intuit's part. I was locked out twice for 60 days just for missing 2 of 5 on the sales tax section, so I was determined to find answers and pass. Also, funny but sad at the same time is that I had no clue about the November 1st cutoff. I passed my advanced exam on 10/30/20 and now I have to recertify already. Missed it by a mere two days! Lol.

Update & change this: When one takes the online seminar one can download the PDF files (supplemental guides) during the seminar. I need the training, the seminar, and the PDF"s to pass the exam, plus as a consultant I want to know everything anyway.
Hi there, radically_simple_accounting.
I recognize the importance of being able to access the training modules. Let me help and route you in the right direction on how to get them.
To obtain the PDF and videos, you can send a direct message to the previous user. This way, they’ll be notified about your concern.
Here’s how:
Also, the videos you’ll see are the ones from the ProAdvisor Certification program. For future reference, I'm adding a link where you can access our online resources. They're grouped by topic, so you can view each one easily.
Reach out to me if you have other concerns or questions. I’ll get back to answer them for you. Have a good one.
Got it, thanks. Didn't see the "send" button on the top right hand side until I knew it would be somewhere and loooked around better. Thanks again!
The point they are trying to make is the current training provided at the location you state is not as effective without the supplemental PDF files. For example, the training mixes video (useless in my opinion) text screens and forms with popups that are only available while you are viewing the website. I am unable to retain information using this teaching method and need a review document such as a technical guide or course material in the form of PDF. I am unlikely to be able to pass the exam without something other than your web study aids. I do not plan to spend hours taking screen shots or transferring the information to paper. I have also taken the web online classes which have PDF file which in some cases are just a bunch of screen shots which are not always helpful.
The PDF material that I have is for the initial Advanced ProAdvisor exam, not the recertification exam. If anyone needs this, just message me.
