Widgets not showing on dashboard

My widgets in my dashboard home screen no longer are showing. I have tried customizing and adding again but they wont add.

Let’s go through some troubleshooting steps together to help your widgets appear on your Dashboard, efirex.

 

QuickBooks Online (QBO) uses the browser’s cache to run faster. However, this can occasionally become corrupted, affecting some functionalities such as blank pages or buttons not working.

 

With this, log in to your company via incognito mode or private browsing. These browser sessions don't store data and allow the program to run smoothly. 

 

Here are the shortcut keys to bring up a private browser: 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift 
  • Firefox: press CtrlShift 
  • Safari: press Control Option 
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl Shift 

After signing in, head over to your Dashboard to check your widgets. If they appear on the Home screen, clear your regular browser's cache. This troubleshooting can fix display problems or errors caused by outdated data. Switching to another supported browse is a good alternative.

Tried this and also tried multiple computers now. Still no widgets will show up on home dashboard

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Hover to the Help menu, then click the Search tab.
  2. Hit Contact Us.
  3. Choose the Using QuickBooks option.
  4. Continue. Pick Chat or Callback.
