This memorized transaction did not appear on the list, so I could not remove it with those directions.
I did get rid of the memorized transaction by running --> File --> Utilities --> Verify data. This got rid of it, but I could not run the rebuild data, the backup kept failing.

Getting rid of a memorized transaction from your list is quick and easy, Steve.
You can go to the List menu and delete it from there. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:
