I have the same issue, but with Quickbooks Pro 2015 Desktop version.
I've had to migrate from my old hardware to a new PC.
Unfortunately, I'm also based in New Zealand so tricky timezones.
Is there a non-telephonic way to contact Intuit about getting my product reinstalled and re-registered?
Or is telephonic the only option?
Regards, Morne
I admire you for sharing the details of your concern with us, Morne.
I recognized the importance of running your business seamlessly. Allow me to impart some insights on how to get around this issue.
QuickBooks released an update for the discontinuation service of the older version of QBDT 2018. Thus, the self-reactivation of your QBDT 2015 isn't accessible. Rest assured I'll direct you to the best support available so this gets taken care of right away.
I recommend contacting our support team. I understand contacting them by phone is tricky for you. However, it would be best to contact them as they have the tools to look into your account in a secure space and provide you the codes. You can reach out to them through this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/help/en-us/contact-us?product=QuickBooks%20Desktop. Ensure to check their support hours to know when agents are available.
Additionally, you might want to check the system requirements of your QBDT 2015 (you can search online for the details). This way, we can ensure the software runs smoothly on your new computer. Moreover, you might want to consider upgrading your QBDT to the latest version to have the newest features and enhancements.

I did register. Now I am trying to copy files from my old comp to a new 1. But, I got the error 6094.
What it means?
Welcome to the Community, @strakh58. Thanks for joining the forum.
Error -6094 usually happens because of anti-virus programs such as PC Tools Internet Security, AVG Anti-Virus, and SpyHunter Malware blocking QuickBooks.
