Resolving these script errors is my specialty, Brian1069. I'm determined to fix this.
To start, let's download and install our QuickBooks Tool Hub. This is where you can get any tool to help you fix any QuickBooks Desktop-related issues.
Here's how:
- Close QuickBooks.
- Download the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it.
- Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe). Then, follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
- When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
- Select the Company File Issues tab. This will open the Quick Fix my file and the QuickBooks File Doctor tool.
- Choose the QuickBooks File Doctor tool. Follow the steps that'll guide you through the rest.

I'd also suggest making sure your employees' computers meet the system requirements. Also, using a supported version of QuickBooks provides better experiences too.
