Join nowClient of mine is getting script errors when signing on to QuickBooks Accountant 2013. Both employees that use Quickbox are experiencing the same thing. Three different script errors when signing in and one while signing out. All of them are occurring on Line 0, Char 0, Code 0, and reference a web URL.
I have made the sites trusted in IE; no change. Anyone have ideas?
Resolving these script errors is my specialty, Brian1069. I'm determined to fix this.
To start, let's download and install our QuickBooks Tool Hub. This is where you can get any tool to help you fix any QuickBooks Desktop-related issues.
Here's how:
After running the tool, restart your computer and open your QuickBooks again. For more information about the tool, please check out this guide: Fix Common Problems and Errors with the QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub.
I'd also suggest making sure your employees' computers meet the system requirements. Also, using a supported version of QuickBooks provides better experiences too.
Additionally, I've included our What's new in QuickBooks Desktop Accountant. This helps you learn more about our latest tools that automate everyday tasks and other improved features that are best for your business.
Please come back and keep us posted on getting these script errors resolved. The Community is always here to help.
