We run a small nonprofit; 5 unpaid board members, no payroll, no real equipment, and very little inventory. We are not tax exempt. We facilitate low cost spay/neuter procedures for local pets. We raise funds to help those unable to pay the full cost. Basically, all we need is a program to keep track of money in (donations, sales of small items, fundraising income, clients’ payments for surgeries) and money out (general business supplies, animal care costs, payments to surgery providers). We will also need to connect with our bank, and track receipts and invoices.
