Won't print a label, but it does charge my account. Talked to stamps.com. Figured updating to a newer software would fix it, nope
Good day, ECDEVRB 5BTVC.
I can provide you additional information and help you get pointed in the right direction. I want to ensure that your Point of Sale is updated to the newest release version of QuickBooks.
To check your version here's how:
1. Sign in to your point of sale system.
2. Go to the Help menu and select About QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale.
3. Review the release number.
The release number tells you which version you have. It looks like this: Release V18 R1.
To check if the shipping manager was set up correctly, you can check this article to help you set up and use QuickBooks Shipping Manager.
I've got some resources that you might need for additional information about the QuickBooks Desktop service discontinuation policy and upgrade information.
Keep your post coming if you need more help. Have a great day!

I just updated it when I posted this. IT prints UPS labels just fine. It is a stamps.com thing. 2 different software packages same issue. I seriously doubt it ever had anything to do with the software revision
