Thanks for posting in the Community, @terri67. Let me guide you through the proper links in logging in to your QuickBooks account.
You may have logged on to the account with the incorrect link. If that's what happened, you'll see the error message Something isn't working. I've provided a screenshot below for your visual reference.
If you see the same error in the screenshot above, I'd recommend logging into the link with the correct account.
We can open the QBSE login page to log into your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account. However, if you want to log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you'll want to open the QBO login page.
On the other hand, if the login link and credentials are correct but the issue continues, I'd recommend logging your account in a private window. The private window doesn't store any history or form data, unlike the regular browser, which tends to hold onto information.
To save you time, you can use either of these shortcut keys:
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift +N
If it works fine from there, switch back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If the issue persists, try using other supported browsers to narrow down the cause.
Additionally, I've added this article if you want to learn what to do if you can't sign in to your QuickBooks or TurboTax products: Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in.
