The Free Trial access for Quickbooks Desktop

Hi,

Hope everyone is doing great.

I have a free trial version of Quickbooks Desktop (Enterprise) 2020 and upload the back up files so I can able to export the data to Quickbooks Online.

I am just wondering why the "Export Company file to Quickbooks Online" is not available?

Please refer to the attached file for your reference.

I did an update and I am using the Admin account for QBD.

Maybe someone encounters this kind of case and help me out to resolve this.

Hope you're having a great day!

The steps you did were for QuickBooks Pro and Premier. I can write the steps for Enterprise here, but I'd prefer to share the article with you because it also contains other information you need to know.

Please check about moving a QuickBooks Desktop file to QuickBooks Online. Then, go to the QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise section.

There is another method migrating QBES data file to QBO. Make sure you have open a QBO account prior to proceed and your Total Targets < 350K
