When approving time from tsheets, I get the message that I am not an approved partner. How to fix that?

In TSheets, there four default user types that define permission levels. These are:
Administrator - Has all permissions.
Payroll Manager - Can view timesheet reports for all team members and Approve timesheets for all team members
Approving timesheets in TSheets requires you to have the manager or an account admin access. These are the only authorized person that can perform tasks for their team members.
I'd suggest you contact your admin to verify your permission access in Tsheets. You can also share and read through this article to get more insights about how to access team member details: Team member settings and permissions in TSheets.
Since you're already the master admin in your account, it'd be best to contact the Tsheets Support team. They have tools that can pull up your account in a secure environment and check the cause of this odd behavior.
