I can share some information about how templates work in QuickBooks Online.
Activity is the default label for the product and services column of an estimate. To isolate the issue, please make sure to apply the appropriate custom template for your estimates. Here's how:
If the same thing happens, you can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. It could be that the stored cache in the system is preventing you from viewing the correct label. First, access your QuickBooks account in a private or incognito window. This will help you rule in/out the browser as the root cause of the issue since this mode doesn't save site data. Feel free to use these shortcut keys to launch the window:
When you're in, try printing/previewing the estimate again. If the label is now changed, you'll have to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to improve the system performance. You may also switch to other supported browsers as an alternative.
Additionally, QuickBooks Online uses Adobe Acrobat/Reader in managing and printing your sales forms. You'll want to ensure that you're using the latest version of Adobe to avoid viewing issues in the program.
Lastly, here's an article that you can read to personalize your invoices, sales receipts, and estimates. This way, your customers will recognize your business brand.
Just drop a comment below if you have any other concerns or additional questions. I'll always have your back.
