ACH payments charges were set at a max $10, then went up to $15 in 2023. Going forward, I need to feel assured that QB will NOT charge a per centage for large payments $30,000 to $70,000. Thank you.

Thank you for the link.

It does not include information about the ACH fee cap, which was the subject of the original post.

IT WAS OF NO HELP.!

Hi ChrisRS. Let me join the thread and provide information about the ACH cap.

When using QuickBooks Payments, there will be a transaction fee for receiving customer payments. For ACH bank transfers, the ACH rate will increase to 1%, with a cap ranging between $12 and $20 based on your plan.

To confirm your current plan, I suggest reaching out to our Merchant Services Support Team. They have the necessary tools to securely access your account and provide details on ACH fee rates and the cap.

You can get in touch with them by clicking the Chat with us link or finding the phone number in this article: Contact Payments or Point of Sale Support. Then, navigate to the QuickBooks Payments section.

Feel free to get in touch if you have any more questions about processing payments, ChrisRS. We're here to answer them for you.

@ChrisRS

If you are B2B, you may consider using a 3rd party processor to integrate with QBO and accept ACH payments for free.

Why not put this cap information on the public page along with the rate plan information?  And put your commitment out there on when we can expect it to be raised?  Nobody likes a 30 minute call with support where all of your information must be vetted (possibly multiple times as you are transferred to the right person) just to get an answer that should be predictable
