Can QB Online pay Vendors using ACH payments?

Go through QuickBooks support to get the $9.99 option do not use the websites they all lead to Bill.com and they do not have this option. Have to work with QB support.

Can QB Online pay Vendors using ACH payments?

I called support, but they said there is absolutely no way to make an ACH payment through QBs?

Can QB Online pay Vendors using ACH payments?

My comment was on how to signup for "QuickBooks Bill.com $9.99 payment service", not how to make an ACH payment through QBs. With the QuickBooks BBill.com $9.99 payment service" you can enter in a vendor's bank account details and the payments can be made electronically, not sure if they use ACH. If you do not have the bank account details then Bill.com will issue and ail a check.

Can QB Online pay Vendors using ACH payments?

Hi everyone, you can make ACH payments through the Bill Pay service in QuickBooks Online. The link Memere posted is for Desktop. The link here is for QuickBooks Online: http...> . NOTE: You will need to be logged in to QuickBooks Online to view this link.

You can view the FAQs here and you don't need to be logged in: https://com...>

Thanks, @IntuitMicah
I tried to run through the setup for it, but when I click next it spins for awhile then comes back and has me enter the same info I've entered 5 times now. Is there some other way to make this go through?

Can QB Online pay Vendors using ACH payments?

I am having the same problems as jessbru99568. I have tried Chrome, Firefox, and IE. None work, even after a hard refresh to clear cache. Now I cannot even verify my own identity, and there is no way to speak with a customer service rep at bill.com. Please help!

@tres.brooke try emailing them. support@hq.bill.com They got right back with me and were able to resolve the issue.

Can QB Online pay Vendors using ACH payments?

I spent over an hour on the phone with an Intuit rep, trying various strategies to resolve this. No success. Later in the call, he brought a bills.com technical rep into the conference call, who tried a few things on his end. Also, no success. The only alternate solution I was given was to manually provide documentation to confirm my identity (scan and email/mail a list of various documents). I have no time for this, and there's no reason I shouldn't be able to verify my identity digitally; I'm pretty well documented in QBO itself, and otherwise! So I've given up, in frustration. I've canceled our trial subscription to the app. We will not be using Online Bill Pay.

Can QB Online pay Vendors using ACH payments?

After 4 freaking hours on the phone with about 20 different customer support reps, I can answer the question. Hell no! QuickBooks online is not set up to allow you to make ACH payments to your vendors. Having saaid that, you can use add on apps that will allow you to do so. Check carefully before selecting an app. They all have limitations.... Shame on you Intuit!

Hi, rprice

There is a way to set up payments from your bank to the vendor's bank.

You can find information for that process here: http://support.qbo.intuit.com/support/answers.cfm?faq_id=5374
A few other facts that may help:
Who needs to sign up at Intuit PaymentNetwork? Me, my vendor, or both of us?
Both of you. Signing up for an Intuit PaymentNetwork account is free. Your vendor pays nothing to accept your payment.

What if my vendor doesn't have an Intuit PaymentNetwork account?
If your vendor hasn't signed up for the Intuit PaymentNetwork, you can still try sending your payment. We'll email your vendor and let them know that they've received a payment. They'll be notified they need to create a free Intuit PaymentNetwork account in order to get your funds deposited to their bank account. If your vendor chooses not to create an Intuit PaymentNetwork account within 14 days of your payment, we'll refund your bank account with your payment.

I'm not sure if some of my large vendors will be checking their emails for payments. Should I still try to pay them via Intuit PaymentNetwork?
We recommend that you do not try to pay these vendors via Intuit PaymentNetwork. Intuit PaymentNetwork works best for those small and medium-sized vendors that you can contact by email.

How does PaymentNetwork record a vendor payment in QuickBooks Online?
When you pay a vendor using Intuit PaymentNetwork, your QuickBooks Online records update automatically. You'll see 2 new transactions:
A bill payment transaction that comes from the account you specified when you made the payment.
A check transaction that records the 50 cent processing fee. This fee is recorded against the expense account you specified when you made the payment.

That is the process available for ACH payments integrated with QuickBooks Online.

They will bill your credit card for the transaction fees and you can view your statements in Account and Settings/Bill Pay in the gear menu.
