I received an email saying that a $20 monthly fee is going to be a part of using Quickbooks Payments starting February 1. I have never had a monthly fee to use Payments. I can't find any information on other rate plans.

The Monthly Service Fee applies to those customers who avail the QuickBooks Payments Monthly Plan. For those who've purchased the Non-Monthly Plan, they are excluded from this fee.

Our QuickBooks Payments team sent emails to notify customers of the coming changes to their accounts. For security reasons, we are unable to look up your account to view the changes to your plan, but let me route you to the best help available.
I recommend you request a phone call from a support agent. They can review your account and check which plan would better suit their business.
