Let me you fix this so that your customer could pay you online, @AdamDivine.

It could be that the stored cache and site data in your customer's main browser are the reason why there are unable to see the PAY button.

To fix this, I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting steps. They can start by using accessing their email through a private window. This a special mode where the browser doesn't record the browsing activity on the local device, so no trace will be left on the computer.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

If they can see back the PAY button, then can proceed to clear the cache in their web browser or try using a different supported browser. This might be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that they're using.

Let me also provide you a link to check if your browser is compatible with QuickBooks: Fixit.intuit.com.

In case your customers can't still pay their invoice online, they proceed to the steps provided in this article: What to do if customers can't pay their invoices online.

In addition, you can run the Invoices and Received Payments report in QBO. This will show you all of the payments that you’ve received and the invoices that go with them. Just go to Reports and search for the Invoices and Received Payments report.

Also, you can customize this report to easily review your transactions.

Hi there, @IndoorDoctor.

To fix this, let’s make sure that the payment account is connected to QuickBooks. Let me guide you on how to check it.

 Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Products and services tab.
  4. In the Existing account section, check if the payments account is connected. If not, choose Connect or Link Merchant Service.
  5. If everything looks good, select Connect.

Once done, you must check the online invoicing is turned on.
