Why does my credit card merchant in QuickBooks show customer payments deposited an hour ago but my QuickBooks cash account with the debit card does not reflect this nor can i withdraw any money.

Let me make it up to you by making sure you'll get a detailed explanation of why this is happening.

 

In QuickBooks Online Payments, the processing of the deposit depends on the payment method. For credit cards, this will take 1-2 banking days. Bank transfers take 2-7 banking days.

Also, you can contact our Merchant Services Team. With their tools, they can securely pull up your account and verify the status of the deposit. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Get a callback.
