How do I issue a partial refund for an invoice via Quickbooks Payments

I recognize the importance of finding a solution to this issue at the earliest convenience, HGA. Let me give you an update about this matter. 

 

 The investigation of the missing processing tools in MSC for Master Admin users is still in progress. I know it's been a while, but rest assured our Engineering Team is actively working on finding a permanent solution to this issue. 

 

To be notified once the issue is resolved, I encourage contacting our Support team so they can add you to the list of the affected users.

Their explanation is correct. Looking at your screenshot I believe you are not selecting the checkbox of the transaction. Once you do so, the Amount field will allow you to type whatever $ you'd like to refund. I realise this is an old thread but hope this helps!
