I have tried to change my phone number and when I do, it asks me for a confirmation code. Well, the number that you are sending the confirmation code to is a LANDLINE so I can't retrieve it. How can I change this?

Did the step by step instructions...the problem is the system request a confirmation that is being sent to the old phone number that is no longer is use or dis-connected

I know how challenging it is since this hasn't been resolved for almost two months. Normally, the requested form to change the phone number is sent within 24-48 hours.
I recommend contacting our Merchant Support to obtain the form. They have the resources to access your account and assist you in updating your contact details.

I am being told by QB that I cannot change the name of the principal on the merchant services account because I can't access the code from the phone number. This person has not worked for us in over 3 years and we do not have access to her phone number. I'm not sure how she was even able to open the account in her name instead of the owners name to begin with. Is this correct?
I have another way how you can change your phone number for the Primary Principal to be able to access the code, Dordor.
You can use the account recovery form to request access to your phone number. Please know you can only make changes to your Intuit Account for security reasons. To do so, follow the process below:
