Yes I can’t make a mobile deposit. It keeps saying oops something isn’t right. The checks can be depositing in to other accounts though and when I spoke with quickbooks customer support they said there is a glitch in what’s printed on the check and the image being sent. However on my end the image is correct but apparently it’s not transmitted correctly. This is very frustrating!
This solution hasn’t fixed my issue. This is the same troubleshooting the customer service rep had me try and she finally just said there isn’t anything else she can do. That’s all the workarounds she has for this issue. What kind of a response is that?

Yes, the Mobile Check Deposit feature has been missing from my Quickbooks App for over a week. I raised a case over a week ago and still not resolved. The support agent told me it is a general issue and is being addressed and that I would’ve kept informed via my email. Had not had any updates on the issue, so any insight would be much appreciated.
