first issue, paypal transactions dont show more than 50 transactions and no option to page 2 or 3... second issue, after categorizing paypal transactions i cannot review more than 50 transactions. The filter to review specific dates does not work as well. (this has not worked in the past either, id have to page over to find.) Now with the update, i cannot even page over. VERY FRUSTRATING. Only happens with the paypal account. Ive submitted a complaint year or two ago. Still same issue.

This isn't the experience we want you to have, Johnson121.

I know how important for your business to review your Paypal transactions to ensure they are categorized correctly. I'll share some information about the Banking page in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

QuickBooks Online allows you to review a maximum of 300 transactions. It's possible that the setting we're set at 50, which is why you can't review more than that. You'll be able to increase the page size to its maximum. I'll show you how.

  1. From the Banking page, click the Settings icon.
  2. Scroll down to the Page Size area, then select your desired page size from 50 until 300.

Also, you should be able to go to the next page even if it's set to 50 transactions. You may experience some browser issues caused by too much cache stored on your computer that prevent you from moving to the next page. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this.

You can start by accessing your accounting using an incognito window. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

Return to your normal browser and delete the cache if it works. Otherwise, you can use any supported browser.

After you've set everything up, you can begin reviewing your Paypal transactions. I've included this article for your reference: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
