Quickbooks Online Payments- Pending transactions not showing up in bank deposits tab

Please see the screenshot... the blank space used to show customer name, payment method and amount paid. I'm using google chrome and it usually runs the best on that. Even through the QB Online app, the transactions do not show.

 

I have tried all the usual QB fixes- cache, cookies, incognito mode...   to no success.

The troubleshooting steps you've performed helped us identify that the issue isn't related to your browser's cache. Since the deposit tab still shows blank, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support team. They can further investigate the cause of the issue and guide you with a fix.

Additionally, the QBO app is always in sync with the web version. Any task or information you add in it will show up on the web, and vice versa.
