Allow me to help you sort things out. Yes, you're right; the option to get a payment link on the accountant's practice page is unavailable in QuickBooks Online.
While this option isn't available in QBO, I encourage you to submit this as a suggestion to our Product Development Team through your feedback feature.
To send feedback, here's how:
- Click on the Gear icon.
- Select Feedback.
- Type in your feedback or feature request.
- Click Send Message.
