THIS ALSO JUST HAPPENED TO ME HERE I AM BEYOND UPSET AND WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB FURST THING TODAY...My cash flow was going lovely no problems then all of sudden my invoice was being held so I go through to the resolution center submit my required docs and wait..meanwhile 2 of my prior invoices totalling $1500 were paid and they would not deposit them!!!!!! SO THAT NEXT MORNING THEY HAD CLOSED MY GO PAYMENTS ACCOUNT!! NOW I WAS TOTALLY LOST ..SO I CALL AND IM TOLD LIKE YOU IT WAS A "BUSINESS DECISION" IN REFERENCE TO SOME CODE ...Then she proceeded to tell me that she was not sure though why I had the link.in the resolution center because that meant evidently I had a chance at my merchant account being turned back on....Ok why was it shut off out of the blue no your business decision isn't flying with me I want to know why your holding my 1500!! And to top it off they are saying I actually OWE $800!!!!!!!!! THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS NOW -$800!!! ILL BE CONTACTING FIRST THING THIS MORNING THE BBB YOUR NOT GOING TO BULLY ME IT IS MY MONEY ID LIKE IT BACK AND I OWE YOU NOTHING SHAME ON YOU QUICKBOOKS
Yep... and thank God mine is only 288... they still have not given me my money and it's June's 2022... they've had it in this account on hold since September.... this is how quickbooks really got rich.... I want the interest they've gained off my money also now
Did you ever file the suit from the looks of it it's not quickbooks first rodeo..I'm just livid over this

They ARE STILL HOLDING $6200+ and have frozen all accounts even though I’ve paid thousands to collections!!! I am using PayPal and personal checks for ALL BUSINESS. QuickBooks screwed me over MAJOR!! I am so sorry this happened. Good luck getting a manager on the phone. I have spent 50+hrs speaking with over 12 different representatives and it gets worse and worse. They do not support small businesses. It’s an absolute pain to watch these comments keep rolling in. I will fund an Ad myself to keep people from using QuickBooks.
Contact my business email at [email address removed] I would be willing to file a lawsuit as well. They lied many times over the phone promising my account would be unlocked and here we are 4 months later. I have been 100% transparent with EVERYTHING!
They removed my email but add [email removed] and you got my email. Let’s push to get this resolved.
Sam here 2 years ago this happened for about the same amount they held 9000 said I had charge backs and I had to wait 270 days finally last month I remember after going through hell to call one last time and see what they says they cut me a check for 700 which was bs but that’s what they did to me
There is a FB Class Action group, all should join that group. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and with the Federal Banking Board for Green Dot Bank, they are chartered out of Utah and San Francisco is the branch of the Federal Reserve. File with BBB. Let your attorney general know. I can't believe this is happening almost every day!
My client reversed the ACH's and so I received the money, but they "charged" me for "chargebacks", terminated my account, then charged my credit card for monthly service. It took hours for me to sort out.
Luckily in my case it was one client and they reversed the ACH's within 5 days, I'm surprised it worked. I did hear from the Federal Reserve about my complaint and Green Dot Bank. Just keep filing everywhere. Light them up on social media. And yes, it's time to involve a lawyer. This is happening every day.

They closed my account and I have never even tried to accept a payment. Then, I called and they just said it was a business decision. Won’t tell me why. I tried to move on to another processor and apparently they put me in the Match system so other processor won’t work with me either. I thought quickbooks was supposed to help small businesses. My initial deposits of $250, they said I won’t be getting that back anytime soon. Seems to be a lot of us on here with this issue. I haven’t even started my business yet, zero transactions, nothing. And now I am SOL???

Seems to be a trend with Quickbooks payments. Why can’t y’all help any of us? Y’all are supposed to be for small business but from what I am finding out, y’all are stealing our money? Thankful it’s only $250 for me. It that doesn’t belong to quick books. Please escalate all of our complaints so we can have some resolutions. I literally never even created an invoice or tried to accept a payment and I was canceled. How does that work? I trusted quickbooks with my brand new business…. Not sure how your executives sleep at night!!! Please get in contact with me so we can resolve this. Attorneys are going to get rich from this if y’all don’t fix it. I will it be letting this go.

I can see how difficult this has been for you about holding a deposit in QuickBooks. I'll be sharing details with the possible cause of why the funds might be holding. Then, to ensure you'll be routed to the right support team assist you further on the payment and refund process if needed.
As I mentioned on this thread, once you have QuickBooks Payments to take and process payments in QuickBooks, we usually review payments or deposits to ensure everything is fine. Then, they complete the review within 2 business days and release or finish processing the payment.
Additionally, the customer payment usually reaches your deposit bank account within 2-3 business days of the transaction. It varies on the time you enter transactions and the bank you choose for payments to be deposited. It can also vary on how long it takes the bank to verify and process electronic deposits.
When clients pay online via credit card, the estimated time for payments to deposit is 5-7 banking days. While ACH payments will take a bit longer during your first month. You'll get your payments within 5 days for the first 1 to 4 weeks.

Since it's already been seven months and the payment/deposit is still not deposited within the given length of time, I recommend contacting our Merchants Services Support Team. They are able to pull up your account and request information. They can also verify the status of the payment too and investigate why it wasn't deposited into your account yet. Also, provide details about how the refund process works.
Lastly, you may refer to this article to see further details on why the recent payment you accepted is on hold: Why are my funds on hold?. This also provides info on how you can change the email address on file.

I am going through the same situation. After many many calls. Quickbooks seem to not be able to help. I see there are a lot of people maybe we should team up and sue quickbooks as they are suppose to give us a solution to this matter, not the other way around
im dealing with the same thing im out 6800 at the moment with exact same responses they gave me its been a week now and they lie over and over. did u get it fixed if so what steps can i take to get this fixed. id hate to have to fly and find the owner of this company as i will if i dont get my money. lucky enough it didnt put me out of business as i just started 2 months ago and i needed that money for a job unethical dild

Just had the same thing happened to me after having a review. I spoke with the reviewer and he cleared me and said my account was good to go. Next payment had another review and my account was closed with a payment still under review. The Inuit customer service I was able to get ahold of told me to contact my customers bank and have them pull the payment back, otherwise QuickBooks will keep the funds. This is theft, your fraud department is committing fraud. I have a friend in the secret service Finacial fraud department and I’m pursuing a legal case immediately. Theft is theft. Y’all think you can keep peoples hard earned money without repercussions. If legal action doesn’t work. I’m a contractor and I will come to your buildings and take your physical building and let you see how it feels. My employees are extremely talented tradesmen. You have stolen enough from us and we are going to get it back, even if means coming to your address and taking your building in payment. We have the tools and the know how. Stop stealing or we are coming for you

I can’t find people anywhere to reach out. I am not depressed and do not understand how this could happen. I filed complaints everywhere…talking to lawyers now and will go to FBA. Is there a way to contact people here?
