When is this happening people? Why is QBO still not working with those of us who want to make the CC payment an option for our clients? 85,000.00 in fees last year. We are seriously considering leaving QBO for another option. This needs to be addressed.
We are seriously considering leaving QBO for another option.
Why don't you consider using a 3rd party merchant service to integrate with QBO? Unless you don't mind purchasing a 3rd party service to convert your data to another accounting app.

I can see the importance of adding a credit card processing fee to the customer invoices. However, it's currently not an option in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Yes, I know how to do this... however, I do not know who is paying by CC or ACH or Check - so this is really not a viable option. QBO just needs to get this option available to those of us paying the money to utilize the program... If they want to keep us. Otherwise, there are certainly other options out there that we are looking into.
I think users realize they can find a work around. I think that QBO needs to add this simple feature that helps its user pass along fees to their clients and save the users of QBO money. I'm seriously considering leaving QBO and their payroll because of stuff like this.
