Hi, jiashan-song-bus.
I'm here to help you process online payments in QuickBooks Online.
Are you referring to subscription payment for your QBO account or process online payment for your customer? If this is for QuickBooks Online Subscription, you will be asked to enter the name of the card, card number, expiration date, and billing address. If it shows the business name, you'll need to enter exactly what appears on the debit card.
Here's how:
For your reference, feel free to review this guide for more info: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.
In addition, I've included this resource to learn how to handle downloaded bank transactions in QBO: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
You can add any details below if you have further questions about processing online payments. I'll be here to help you out.
Thanks for the help here. The temporary card only display business name, I am not sure what to put in the "FirstName, LastName" section. e.g. my card shows "ABC, LLC", what should I put in First name, and Last name section in the form.
I appreciate your prompt reply, jiashan-song-bus.
To have this taken care of, I suggest reaching out to your bank's support so they can verify your card's first and last name. Once verified, you can now proceed with entering your card's information via the Billing and Subscription tab.
Also, I encourage you to check out manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online to learn more details on managing your account.

Thanks for getting back to this thread, @jiashan-song-bus. Let me clarify things for you about QuickBooks Cash Debit Card.
Primary or company admin can sign up for QuickBooks Cash. The person can get a QuickBooks cash account and a QuickBooks Cash debit card if you're approved. It's a monthly fee-free checking account within QuickBooks where all of your customer payments get deposited.
You can use the QuickBooks Debit Card to withdraw money from your QuickBooks Cash account. You can get cash from ATMs or make purchases like any other Visa Debit Card.
To get account info or you want to replace your card, here's what you need to do:
For more information, feel free to review this resource: Use the QuickBooks Debit Card to get your cash. If you need additional insights about this, I recommend getting in touch with our support team.
Additionally, here's an article I've attached to help you better understand the Cash flow and QuickBooks Cash account: Learn more about QuickBooks Cash accounts and the Cash Flow menu.
Keep me posted if you have other concerns using the QuickBooks Debit card. I'll be happy to assist you again. Have a great day!
This QBO cash thing is going terrible. You would have to be inept to not understand that when you use a credit or debit card EVERY SINGLE merchant in the United States requires a human persons name along with the debit card number. This isn't an ACH request. Its using the Visa debit card as a debit card online or over the phone. I also cant do wire transfers. Not even to QB payroll. I also don't seem to be able to use Versa pay. What is going on over there? What kind of clown show is this?
I hear your sentiments, @Swarty.
Since you’re unable to process wire transfers both in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and your payroll account, it would be best to reach out to our Payments Support. They can provide further information and troubleshooting instructions if need be. Just make sure to check our business hours so you’ll be assisted immediately.
