Why am I being charged $26 a month for a $25 subscription

I am being charged the Monthly$25 which is why I was surprised to see $26 on my bill. As we know $25x3 is 75 for 3 months but $26x3 is $78... why am I being charged $3 overall for this online special?

Also if this WAS sale tax.. the tax in Hawaii is 4.6 % which would be $25x 4.6% sale tax equally 25.46 still NOT $26... but there is no sales tax charged on an online service. So again why $26 not $25 as advertised.
