I need to verify for a customer which account her funds were taken from. I've done it once before on QBO but can't seem to find how to do it again.
Long story short, customer is saying it was paid from two different accounts so it was paid twice. I dont think so.

You can search the payment transaction details made by your customer in the Merchant Service Center. From there, you can see payment details.

While waiting for a response, I found that I could click on "Transaction Processed" on the payment page of the invoice to get the same details
