Trying to resolve a tax overpayment but on the screen that shows taxes to be paid I don't have the option to resolve overpayment. It just says "overpayment"

Let's first try some browser troubleshooting steps. This way, we can isolate the issue if it's caused by an overloaded data in your browser.

 

Please access your QuickBooks Online account via a private or incognito browser. Feel free to check below for the keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it works, this means that you need to clear your browser's cache to permanently resolve the issue.
