Unable to View the Online Payment option

Hi,

 

I am attempting to see the Online Payment Option on Invoice as shown below.

Can I get some assistance on where/how can I find the this option.

Unable to View the Online Payment option

I'll ensure to provide some information and steps to help you with your Online payment options on the invoice.

 

To enable those options in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you'll want to make sure you have signed up for QuickBooks Payments and it's connected to your QuickBooks account. Once the accounts are connected, you may turn on the payment options to process payments.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Sales tab.
  3. Under Invoice Payments, click Edit and choose the payment options you want.
  4. You can also enter Payment instructions.
  5. Then, select Save and Done.

Thanks for your response so quickly, I really appreciate.

 

I have tried below steps that you have given, but it doesn't seems to work.

  1. Connect the QuickBooks Online with QuickBooks Payment.

  1. And then I follow these steps you given.
  • Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings
  • Select the Sales tab.
  • Under Invoice Payments, click Edit and choose the payment options you want.
  • Then, select Save and Done

Still I am not able to see the Online Payment option, let me know if I am missing something.


And it would be really helpful if we could connect on a call or if you could connect us with some one from QuickBooks support to guide me through the steps over a screen share session.

Unable to View the Online Payment option

Thank you for getting back to us regarding your invoice issue in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Charles_2023.

 

If you’re using the old layout design of our invoice. You can see your Online Payments options in the middle of your invoice beside the Customer email.

 

 

However, if you’re using the new layout invoice design, you can locate it at the bottom before Note to Customer.

 

 

Moreover, if you are still unable to find them. We suggest consulting our Payment Support team to help you further resolve this issue. Please know our support is available - Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. in the Pacific Time Zone.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?) and select or type Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern, then select Let's Talk.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us:
      • Start a chat with a support expert.
      • Get a callback from the next available expert.
