I'm wanting to start paying a couple of customers via ACH. I set them up and it told me that intuit would deposit a small amount into my account to verify that it can be used, but nothing has ever gone into my account and now it's past the deadline for them to paid on Friday like I had intended.

Normally, you'll see two small deposit to your bank account within 2-3 banking days after you've completed the activation process. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments Team to verify and review your account if the transactions aren't posted for the specified time frame.

I didn't say I had a QB Checking account, so your instructions are useless. This doesn't help me at all. I'm telling you the verification transactions never showed up in my bank account.

In QuickBooks, the verification deposit will be posted in your bank account within 2-3 business days once the activation process is completed.
If you still haven't seen the amount within the banking days mentioned. I highly suggest reaching out to our Payments support team. They can pull up your account in a secure place and check the status of the deposit. They can also provide additional assistance so you'll be able to see the transaction.
