Thank you for reaching out to the Community. The fee for clients to pay by ACH in QuickBooks Online is $1.00 per transaction. However, please note that pricing and fees may vary over time. Each time you get an instant deposit, there's an additional 1% fee of the total amount of the instant deposit. This is in addition to the fees for processing customer payments.

Starting September 6, 2023, QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payments customers will undergo a transition to the new pricing structure or have the option to migrate to the Pay-as-you-go plan in a phased manner. Merchants have been receiving email communications regarding this change since August 2, 2023.
Intuit consistently evaluates its pricing in the market. By implementing price increases, we are able to consistently reinvest in our products and services, which in turn assist our customers in effectively managing their businesses.

Hi - You did not answer the question nor provide a link to see what the fees are for receiving ACH payments. Is the 1% fee capped at $10 or $15 or what? The only page I find online states 1% without any maximum fee. Is that correct?
Let me share some information about the ACH fee for QuickBooks Payments, kaczocht.
For existing accounts, we're increasing the cap to $15. There will be no fee cap for QuickBooks Payments accounts opened on or after September 6, 2023. For current pricing, the rate is 1%/Max $10. Then, 1%/Max $15. See the screenshot for your reference:
