If you are unable to access billing history/past invoices then solve this problem by below some easy steps.
1. Firstly you have to select the Gear icon at the top.
2. Then choose Account and Settings.
3. After that select the Billing and Subscription tab.
4. In the last choose the View Payment History hyperlink.
Note:
The billing history will display the last six (6) months' bills.
Billing statements are visible the day after the billing date - not the same day.

Currently, the option to download your company's billing history/past invoices is unavailable in QuickBooks Time.

Is there any way of getting a pdf invoice (or any type of file invoice) that shows the taxes charged and total charged by QB? I cannot get the invoice from pmt history screen and payment emails do not contain the invoice.

To single out this issue, you can log in to QuickBooks using a private window. This way, we can check browser-related issues while working with QuickBooks.

I'll get you pointed in the right direction to get a copy of your billing.
Are you referring to your QuickBooks Online payment history? Billing history in the Billing and Subscription tab will display the last six (6) months' bills. I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Support team to request a copy of your 2021 billing info.

For anyone else with this issue and reading this - I subscribed via Google Play so my invoices/receipts were all sent to my email associated with that account, I was not able to view it in QB. I have QBSE so not sure if it's the same for Time but thought I'd share this.

I have an issue with my European account which is not available anymore.
My computer has been stolen and I lost the backup of my company invoices history.
Is there any support contact or help I can reach to access all the invoices (some of them were pending) to download it?
