How do you add instructions to a customers profile?

I've added a few customers to my profile but I don't see a section where you get upload or add instructions on how to clean/maintenance each location. I also don't see a section where I can upload forms. For example, I would like to add a new trainee checklist forms and inspections forms.

How do you add instructions to a customers profile?

Hello @Callgood1, Welcome to the Community. I'm so glad you were able to find us!

Getting information out to your team out in the field is super important. While there isn't a way to upload files or add notes to Customers/Jobs themselves, there are a few workarounds that may work for you and your users.

The first workaround I suggest is to use the Schedule. Using the schedule can be beneficial for you to let your team know information on each customer by entering in notes for each shift/job.

Another added bonus with using the Schedule is the notification reminders that come with them to remind users to get clocked in/out!

Here is how you can get started on using the Schedule.

Another workaround is to use Projects. Within each project you & your users can upload photos and notes to the Project they're working on that they can view.

For each Project there's an Activity Feed that'll display updates, notes and photos that are added to the Project!

*Photos can include scans of forms.

I'll also put in a request to our development team and let them know what you're looking for.

I'm sure many other companies such as yours could benefit from something like that.

Let me know if either of these works out for you, or if you need an extra hand setting up either one. I'm here to help!
