I am currently logged into my other intuit products (QBO) and my login in ad MFA work fine, however when it try to login to TSheets it says "We couldn't find a TSheets account associated with this User ID or email address."
I attached the screenshot.
This is keeping me from entering time and invoicing my customers.

Hello @SimFoundriesJeff! Thanks for following up and verifying where you're logging into.
With that particular error message, I'd recommend contacting support. Typically that means there's an issue on the backend with the username/email and it's not connected correctly to the TSheets account. Here are the ways to get the help you need:

I'm here to help, @SimFoundriesJeff.
First, ensure you're logging in from the site tsheets.intuit.com rather than tsheets.com. If you're logging in from your mobile device, you'll want to select the option to "log in with Intuit".
If your login attempt is still unsuccessful, head to accounts.intuit.com and verify that you're using the correct username/password.
I'd love to hear how this goes. If you have additional questions on this, please don't hesitate to reach back out. Don't worry! We'll make sure you get back in asap. Take care!
It is still not working for me.
I am using tsheets.intuit.com as you suggested.
I am logging using my Inuit account, and have no issues logging into any other application, such as QBO or accounts.intuit.com, but when try the same credentials in TSheets, it gives me that same error.

Thanks, I called and they quickly resolved the issue. They needed to send me an invite as the security profile updated. something about how Intuit merged the login with other tools... maybe I missed an earlier invite or I didn't get one, but either way it is solved.
Thanks

Hey I'm facing the same issue. I can't seem to get ahold of anyone via phone call, though.
Hi there, @nikhilj. It's my priority to help you fix the issue you had when trying to log in to your TSheets account.
As per K_Siman, the error message you're getting happens when there's an issue with your credentials that are not connected to the TSheets account correctly. For now, you can try resetting your credentials to access your account.
If you're getting the same result, it's recommended to reach out to our designated support since they are the ones who can check your account securely and help you fix the issue in no time by linking your credentials correctly. The designated Support is currently open M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT. You may want to consider reaching out to them during these hours so you can get the response needed in no time.
Let me know if you have any other follow-up questions while logging in to TSheets. I'll be right here to help. Have a good one!
