Hello,
Whoever is listed as her current accountant will have to remove them from their wholesale billing account. Then as long as the former accountant is NOT the Master Admin, the customer can remove that former accountant and add a different accounting firm.
The former accountant HAS to remove them from their wholesale billing before anything else can be done though.

You can remove your client from wholesale billing with these steps:
Note that they will only have read-only access to their QuickBooks company. Your client will get their full access back once they update their billing info.
Furthermore, make sure to assign a new master admin if needed so they can have full control of their company.
