When your bank is connected to QuickBooks Online (QBO). QuickBooks will only depend on your bank information.
You can log in to your bank's website to see if the transaction is correct. If yes, you can upload it manually because we don't have a way to change it. However, if the transactions were already downloaded we can exclude them, and do the manual upload.
For good practice, you can match and categorize your downloaded transactions to ensure they go to the right accounts and prevent duplicates.
