API Permission Errors for Reports.

Why am I getting this error when calling a report using your c# SDK. I updated the plan to Advanced because online your site said that is why I am getting that error.

I hear what you’re saying, @Eric Rohner. I'll ensure you'll get the resolution you need.

You can try to perform some basic browser troubleshooting that will help your browser work better and faster. Cookies and caches might block you from accessing a report.

Here's how:

  1. Restart your browser.
  2. Log in to your account and try process your report in an incognito or private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
    Safari: press Command + Shift + N

  3. If it works on the private browser, you can go back to the regular browser and clear your browser's cache. From there, try to get a report using the API again.

Those are not correct answers. I am taking about getting the error when I use Intuit's API to get a report.

The answer does not make since. The question I posted was about a permission using Inuit's API with their C# SDK. The answer had nothing to do with the question. Why did they answer it that way. After two chats they did about the same thing, not knowing what the issue is. I have posted several of these questions on line because it is 100% important I need get this working this weekend.
