Balance Sheet does not appear on the report list

Let's try signing into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private browser (incognito). This will help us check if the browser's cache and cookies are causing this odd behavior.

Here's how:

• Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
• Control + Option + P (Safari).

Once logged in, pull up the Balance Sheet report again to double-check.

If it shows, go back to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

Thanks for your feedback. I did what you have said and it is still the same. You may see in the attached message the picture of my screen to understand what I mean. There is no Balance Sheet appears in the report section or else the name is different. Please let me know what is it or where is it? Thanks again.

Thank you for reaching back out to the Community, Pattipat7. Based on the screenshot you provided, I understand why you can not see the Balance Sheet report. Your company is set up as a non-profit. Statement of Financial Position corresponds to the Balance Sheet report, and Statement of Activity corresponds to the Profit and Loss report.  While these reports are named differently, the information and customization options will be the same. I encourage you to check out this article about the Statement of Activities reports in more detail.
