Welcome to the Community space. I can share some insights about the statement template in QuickBooks Online.
Currently, the ability to customize and remove the "Enclosed" line on the customer statement is unavailable. However, I know some applications you can integrate with QuickBooks to do this. Just go to the Apps tab on QuickBooks or visit the QuickBooks Application website.
I want you to know that your voice matters and I'm submitting feedback on your behalf. Feedback is sent to our engineers to determine what we need to implement moving forward. You can also do the same by clicking the Gear icon and choosing Feedback.

We still would prefer to have the option to remove the word "Enclosed" from our statements without having to go through the additional App process. We would like the engineers to add this if possible.

Let me discuss why you're getting the "Enclosed" mark and help you get rid of it.
The word "Enclosed" will only appear on the Balance Forward and Open Item type statements. You have the option to choose the Transaction type statement so you won't be getting that "Enclosed" marking.

"Enclosed" - Its not just on the customer statement, its on invoices, when selecting the "modern" template. I don't know how to get rid of it and I don't know what it even relates to. It looks silly actually as it just sits there on the right hand side at the top. There should be an option to remove it.
