Join nowI am trying to run a report to provide the CURRENT preferred invoice delivery and payment method for our customers. Adding payment method filed to a customer transaction report is not relevant as customers can change their preferences. The Customer contact and phone list reports do not provide the option to select these fields. Thank you!

We would like to be able to run a report that includes the "customer preferred invoice delivery method" but we don't see this field in any available selection criteria. Can this be done and if so how.
Hello Sally, thank you for joining the conversation. I'm here to assist you in generating a report that displays the preferred delivery method in QuickBooks.
To do this, you can run the Sales by Customer Detail report and customize its display column to show this info. Let me show you how:
