I am trying to run a report to provide the CURRENT preferred invoice delivery and payment method for our customers. Adding payment method filed to a customer transaction report is not relevant as customers can change their preferences. The Customer contact and phone list reports do not provide the option to select these fields. Thank you!

We would like to be able to run a report that includes the "customer preferred invoice delivery method" but we don't see this field in any available selection criteria. Can this be done and if so how.

This works only for customer who have an account balance. If a customer happens to have a zero balance at the moment, they won't show up on this sales report. I think what most users want is the ability to view a simple report of ALL customers and their preferred delivery method. Just like the customer phone number report. Am I right, people??

YES...I want the ability to add the preferred delivery method to the customer contact list or customer phone list. That option is not available currently
Yes, you're right, Glacier. The option to add a delivery method to your client's contact isn't supported in QuickBooks Desktop.
