Does anyone else have issues with pay link not working when emailing invoices?

We can let your customer's pay through a private browser, cathythaller. 

 

Sometimes the stored cache files on the regular browser your customers usually use causes features in QuickBooks not to function well. 

 

We can let them pay the invoice through a private browser since they don't store history or cache files. Here are some keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:

  • For Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari: Command + Shift + N

If they were able to pay successfully, we can let them go back to their main browser to clear its cache. Paying invoices using other browsers can also help them get rid of the unusual behavior like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.
