I'm here to help you with the QuickBooks app that keeps freezing when you send a reminder or resend an invoice.
To check if the app's data is causing this odd behavior, I suggest resetting it. This process plays the same role as clearing the cache from your web browser. They collect cache (cookies) to save you time when loading repetitive data and images.

Unfortunately it’s still doing it. Mainly from my iPhone. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it. I can’t send more than one reminder at a time before having to close out of the program
because it keeps causing it to freeze.
Unfortunately it’s still freezing every time. Mainly when I’m working from my iPhone. Any time I resend an invoice or a reminder; the app freezes and I have to close out of it before moving to my next task. I already fully deleted the app and reinstalled it as well and that didn’t make any difference.
