Here are some of the causes why your reconciliation ending balance is wrong:
- An incorrect ending balance at the start of the reconciliation.
- Missing or duplicate transactions in QuickBooks.
- Someone entered transactions into QuickBooks that hasn't cleared your bank yet.
- Duplicate transactions.
