Forms Custom Fields not working

When I enter text into the name field for custom fields, I get an error no matter how many characters I enter. This happens on both QBO online and QBO desktop app.

Error: Name should not exceed characters

I cannot understand how to get this working.

Can anyone help, or send be to someone who can?

Please?

Thank you...

Forms Custom Fields not working

With QuickBooks, you have the option to enhance your invoices, estimates, sales receipts, and more by adding custom fields. This feature helps you gather and analyze key data that drives your business's success. I'm here to walk you through how it works, cvancura.

When creating custom fields, it's important to note that the features available to you can vary depending on your subscription level.

If you're currently using QuickBooks Online Simple Start, it does not include custom fields. This is the reason why you encounter the error message Error: Name should not exceed characters.

To use custom fields and further enhance your business operations, consider upgrading to a version that supports these features. Check out this article for a step-by-step guide: Upgrade or downgrade your QuickBooks Online edition.
