Before anything else, may I ask if you've ever received any error message while trying to save the custom forms? Anny additional details allows me to find the most efficient resolution.
For now, we can try performing some basic troubleshooting steps. An outdated or corrupted site data in the browser causes runtime and unexpected behaviors in the program. Thus, logging in to your account using a private or incognito window helps us have a better experience when using QuickBooks, such as importing bank transactions.

Once you're in, let's try making another form again. If it runs smoothly, we can clear the cache and cookies on your regular browser to start over fresh. Switching to other supported web browsers can be a good alternative, too.

Thanks for the tips Daniela. It turns out that it wasnt's updating right away. I'm new to QBO and didn't realize it needs about 5 minutes. Once I hit "refresh", the 10 forms that I had saved (from trying to get it to work) all showed up. So I've deleted 9 and I have my custom form. LOL.
